There were numerous surprises which were just as significant, but much less physically volatile. The occasional use of chemistry was rare enough not to justify a'How can they get from the scenario with chemistry now' weekly guessing game.Perhaps, just maybe, what produced Season 2 really good was how nicely they could provide us the explosiveness we wanted without tipping their hands to it.
